Loyalty Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

All new and returning Shasta Shantel Makeup clients may participate in Loyalty Rewards Program. Client must book and complete (4) full-face makeup services in a single month to redeem a free, full-face makeup service reward. All applicable services are subject to verification before the scheduling of free service can proceed. Free service must take place within 30 days of completed 4th service, and may only occur during normal business hours, excluding major holidays. If client wishes to redeem free service outside of normal business hours, the appropriate fee will be required. If free service is not booked to take place within 30 day timeframe, it will expire and no additional reward will be given in its place.

Clients may only receive (1) free service reward per month, per person. Free services are for one-time use, and are non-transferable. All credits and rewards will restart every month, and any unused credits or rewards will become null and void. 

Free service rewards cannot be applied to Simple Services and may only be redeemed for full-face makeup services, not to exceed $120. Full-face makeup services include the Natural Glam, Upscale, or standard Shastackular. All details of each specific service apply. Any add-ons such as lash upgrades, bottom lashes, brow cleanup, facial hair cleanup, etc., are not included in free service.

As with any standard makeup appointment, all free service appointments are subject to availability. If client is unable to make their scheduled, free service appointment, client may attempt to reschedule. Following our standard Rescheduling - Cancellations policy, notice must be given a minimum of 24 hours before scheduled free service, and any rescheduled appointment approved in its place may only occur within 30 days of completed 4th service. 

Shasta Shantel Makeup, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Rewards Program, including functions and features of service, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to client or any third-party for modifications, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. By participating in Loyalty Rewards Program, client agrees to these terms.
