Shasta Shantel Makeup products are still available for purchase so that you may shop safely and conveniently from your home. As stated by local agencies, mail services, including our shipping partner USPS, will continue delivering despite coronavirus. We are currently processing orders at normal speeds. While we do not anticipate any delays in shipping times, some orders may arrive later than expected. Shipping

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once order is fulfilled, tracking info will be sent via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update. 

All orders ship via USPS. Shipping typically takes between 2-7 business days but may take longer during sales and high volume times.

Q. I entered the wrong address at checkout. Can I change it?

Please email us at ShastaShantelMakeup@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement to request an address change. While we will do our best to accommodate the request, address changes are not guaranteed. 

Q. My package was stolen. Can I get a refund?

Shasta Shantel Makeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In addition, Shasta Shantel Makeup is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but limited to, weather, post office delays, or natural disasters.
