How does it work?

Book and complete any 4 full-face makeup services in a single month, and you'll receive a free, full-face makeup service reward! That's it. No tricks, no gimmicks, no hidden fees!

How do I become a member?

It's easy! All clients are encouraged to participate. Simply ask for one of our Loyalty Cards at your next appointment. Each time you book and complete a full-face makeup service, you'll receive a hole punch for that visit, qualifying towards your free reward!

Which service am I allowed to redeem for my free reward?

Whichever full-face service you'd like! That includes the Natural Glam, Upscale, and standard Shastackular.

How do I redeem my free reward?

Book and schedule all standard makeup appointments as outlined here. When requesting redeemable appointment, simply mention your Loyalty Card in the inquiry. Once applicable services have been verified, your free service reward will be scheduled as usual.

When can I redeem my free reward?

You may request for your free service reward to take place during normal business hours, any time within 30 days of your 4th paid-for service. Free service rewards do expire, so don't forget to book soon!

I lost/damaged my Loyalty Card. Can I still redeem my free reward?

Absolutely! All appointments are confirmed and verified before you can schedule a free service reward. While we encourage you to hang on to your Loyalty Card, the physical card simply acts as a reminder to the client that you are well on your way to redeeming your reward!
